Mellissa Tate-Dougherty joined The Wellness Principle in 2018 as our dedicated office manager—who keeps the lights on with enthusiasm and pep. Her commitment to keeping the nuts and bolts of business running smoothly, while also building relationships with our patients is exceptional. Mellissa brings immeasurable skill as an administrative assistant and our in-house medical insurance biller. Her warm, welcoming energy is a wonderful addition to our team, and she is adored by patients and practitioners alike.

Outside of our practice, Mellissa owns a business focused on creative hair styling and coloring (check out her ‘do!). She is now the go-to stylist for our entire team, as well as many of our patients!
